Data deletion

1. Immediately, yourself in the app

• Sign in at app.advertify.cz and open Settings, Data, Connected accounts.
• Choose Disconnect for the linked account. Stored tokens and downloaded data of that ad account are deleted.
• To delete the whole account go to Settings, Account, Delete account. Deleting also cancels the subscription.

2. Removing the app on the platform side

• Meta: Facebook Settings, Apps and Websites, https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications, and remove Advertify.
• Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Advertify's access.

Removing the app at the platform ends our access going forward. Data we already store is deleted based on the request below or automatically when the account is deleted.

3. Deletion request form

If you no longer have access to the account or want the deletion confirmed in writing, fill in the form. The request records the date, time and email of the requester.

What gets deleted

• Registration data and profile.
• OAuth tokens for Meta and Google accounts.
• Downloaded ad account, campaign and creative data.
• Voice recordings and their transcripts, coach memory, WhatsApp messages.
• Scraped website, Instagram and Ad Library content linked to your account.
• Data held by processors is deleted within their contractual periods.

What we must keep

• Accounting and tax documents for 10 years under Czech accounting and VAT law.
• A minimal record of the deletion request itself to evidence that it was handled.

Timeline and confirmation

We handle requests within 30 days at the latest. We inform you about the deletion by email at the address given in the request. To check or amend a request, write to ondra@advertify.cz.
